Salesforce Developer / Designer
Downtown Minneapolis, MN
Contract
Salesforce.com Developer / Solution Designer to participate on a project team working on a backlog of enhancements and new functionality.
This position works within IT and is located at our corporate location reporting to the Global IT Manager of Sales and CRM.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
Information technology experience, including comprehensive understanding of IT and business operations
Experience designing Sales and Customer Service solutions
Hands-on development experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations and Application Builder
Educational:
Salesforce.com Administrator training and certifications
Salesforce.com Platform App and Developer training and certifications
Skills:
Business process knowledge of Sales and Marketing
Design and architect solutions utilizing the Salesforce and Force.com platform to meet business requirements
Develop solutions using Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, Web Services and other technologies
Configure and test Salesforce.com including managing users, data, and security, configuring and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, utilizing App
Exchange packages, process builder and workflows
Solve technical problems and recommend solutions
Possess effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Work effectively within an agile team environment
Work independently, manage and prioritize multiple tasks/functions
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
