Responsibilities Review and adjust property-level financial information as necessary for GAAP accounting. Monitor fund-level bank accounts and record fund-level financial activity to the general ledger. Consolidate property and fund level financial activity; prepare consolidated fund financial statements, footnotes, and supplemental financial reporting. Responsible for maintaining Yardi general ledger for all fund related entities. Prepare draft response for all on-going investor/consultant requests relative to investor reporting Manage cash activity for all Fund-level bank accounts, reconcile and record all cash activity to the Fund's general ledger. Assist Controller with Fund cash analyses and projections to determine cash needs or cash availability for distribution. Help maintain Fund lines of credit including preparation of loan draws, recalculation of interest due and ensuring compliance with loan covenants. Qualifications Bachelors' degree in Accounting CPA preferred but not required 2-4 years public accounting experience or real estate. Excellent organization skills and very detail oriented. Must learn quickly and adapt to constant change and needs for information. Proficient in MS Excel and strong technical skills in order to work within the Yardi general ledger system
