Our Clients continued success is highly reliant on the retention, growth and satisfaction of our clients.
While we understand that creating raving fans requires solid execution across all business units, the Analyst, Client Experience coordinates this effort by conducting business analytics and administration as well as executing on client feedback programs.
Business Analytics & Administration
Produce Monthly Operational Dashboard to highlight departmental KPIs including annual recurring revenue, client health status, onboarding throughput, case management statistics, and other trends
Develop and manage key reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other systems to assist the Client Success team with identifying clients for initiatives and communications
Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting support for the Client Success team
Program Support and Management
Manage the execution of the client feedback programs and closed loop process
Analyze the data from the client feedback surveys and provide comprehensive reporting on the results
Assist with the execution of ad hoc programs as needed by coordinating and collaborating with internal business partners
REQUIREMENTS
You will have most or all of the following experience and traits:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to not only report and synthesize data, but also strategically examine data to uncover insights that lead to actionable recommendations.
An executioner with the ability to quickly learn and follow processes.
Demonstrated drive for excellent results and attention to detail.
Proven ability to take ownership and accountability.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup environment.
Advanced Excel skills, Microsoft Office Certification Preferred
