Workday Integration Specialist

Contract to Hire Opportunity!

Chanhassen, MN

Position Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new interfaces and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.

Make recommendations on design and implementation approaches for solutions related to interfaces.

Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes, including technological and business process opportunities.

Investigate and resolve integration related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of our ERP system.

Assist in managing relationships for 3rd party application vendors.

Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing interfaces to meet changing user requirements.

Design Workday studio and interface solutions.

Provides assistance and advice to business users in the proper and effective use of applications/interfaces.

Assist in writing technical procedures and documentation for the integration/interfaces including operations, user guide, etc.

Produce technical documentation for new and existing integrations.

Participate in recurring meetings with project teams to discuss progress and issues to be resolved.

Participate on project operating committees and be involved in the design phase of ERP/Accounting technology projects.

Ensure that all systems and proposals meet, or exceed, corporate controls, policies and standards.

Position Qualifications:

5 years of experience in related HCM/Finance/MIS role.

2 years of experience with Workday Studio, Workday connector, Workday EIB integrations

2 years of experience with an ERP.

4 years of experience in a Workday role.

5 years of experience with Workday Studio, Workday connector, Workday EIB integrations

Four-year degree in Finance, MIS or related field preferred.
