Job Description
Microsoft Service Provider is seeking an experienced Exchange / Mobility / Lync-Skype Engineer Banking Experience preferred
This Candidate will be working for the Messaging, Collaboration and Mobility Services engineering and operational team as an Exchange Engineer.
Candidate will need 7 plus years of experience working with Exchange 2007/2010/2013,
Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, PowerShell and Mobile Messaging.
Experience troubleshooting in the following areas will be needed in relation to Messaging: Outlook, OWA, ActiveSync, AD, load balancing, and backup/recovery.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
Exchange Administration - Installation, configuration, upgrades/updates and support
Tier 3 escalation and support activities
Performance tuning and monitoring
Collaborate with other teams on migration / installation project
5 plus years experience in management and maintenance of Exchange 2010/2013
Experience with Lync / Skype for Business
Experience with Cisco IronPort or comparable email gateways
Experience with MobileIron or comparable MDAs Mobile Digital Assistant
Backup / restore procedures and Disaster Recovery knowledge
Customer Service and excellent communication skills
The ability to troubleshoot critical issues under pressure
