Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment which includes identifying, interviewing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions.
A successful recruiter must be able to provide quality client services and promote an exceptional candidate experience, and serve as a partial job coach.
Our goal is to cultivate successful long term relationships by matching the right people with the right organizations.

Responsibilities
Proactively source and reach out to passive candidates through calling, email, networking, Boolean internet searches, and social media
Provide the right candidate the first time and ensuring that only those candidates who are the perfect fit for a particular requirement are submitted to a client
Deliver exceptional service; remaining engaged with all candidates and clients to build a professional network that result in further business opportunities
Cultivate successful long term relationships with organizations to establish ICS as a trusted staffing provider and advisor
Required Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience as a recruiter
