ETF Product Associate

Responsibilities
Work with foreign offices, venues, and brokers to resolve equity and ETF trade breaks
Process ETF create and redeem orders in a time sensitive environment
Team with colleagues to process manual receives, deliveries, and wires
Act as a primary contact for ETF clients regarding day-to-day business and upcoming changes
Assist with the onboarding process for new and existing clients onto the ETF fix solution
Maintain static data information involving the ETF Create and Redeem process
Develop relationships with central clearing agency, exchanges, and ECNs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience
General understanding of the clearing business
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills
