Help Desk Analysts

2 openings: These positions could start immediately and continue for approximately 3 months.

The Monday - Friday hours for the first position will be 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and, for the second position, 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (there is a possibility for contract to hire for the right candidate)

Required:

Candidates should have a minimum of one year Help Desk Experience

Knowledgeable primarily on application specific questions (Windows 7 and higher, MS
Office 2010 and higher, WorkShare, iManage), remote access (Citrix and VPN) and mobile devices.

Duties will include entering calls into the Help Desk Tracking System and assisting with problems raised by users for all Firm standard software systems.

Candidates should be tested in advance in Microsoft Word 2010 Power User (min. 80% required) and Office Spelling & Grammar (min. 75% required).
