Job Description

Applications Systems Analyst - Web Developer

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an engaging Web Application Developer with the right mix of .Net development skills, customer-friendly soft skills, and a desire to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

As part of the Application Development Team, this position will work closely with client stakeholders to enhance and expand service oriented initiatives.

The main responsibility of the position will be to leverage native functionality within CRM where possible and extend the platform via custom development.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excellent communicator with several years of development experience and a desire to jump into a fast paced environment.

If required, significant Dynamics CRM training will be provided to the right .Net developer candidate.

This role will sit in the Enterprise Web Services Group which is based in Chicago and provides services to approximately 20,000 employees in the 12 locations across the country.

Job duties

• Design, develop, test, and document project solutions, customizations of a Dynamics CRM environment

• Respond to user application issues in a timely manner

• Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects with other team members on a regular basis

• Engage in active dialogue with enterprise stakeholders and data providers central to the operation of the business

• Conduct and/or participate in meetings with various levels of users and management

• Interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

Qualifications:

1-3 years experience Associate Technology Application Systems and Programming Analyst Requirements

Education and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of direct work related experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Coursework in computer science and/or professional certification in related technology

Knowledge and Skills

• Demonstrates critical thinking abilities

• Demonstrates good written and oral communication abilities

• Excellent customer service skills

Experience with of most of the following:

o .NET Framework (ASP.NET MVC 5+, Web API) o JavaScript frameworks

o Data Management (SQL/ORM, XML, OData)

o Agile Development Methodologies

• Strong learner with the ability to ramp up on Dynamics CRM with an emphasis on customization, data migration, integration, and performance tuning

• Knowledge of Sitecore, SharePoint, and TFS is a plus
