Job Description

Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Recruiting team in daily transactional tasks to ensure a positive, efficient recruiting experience for prospective candidates.

He/she will track candidates from start to finish- interviews to offer.

In addition to traditional recruitment coordinator, he/she will be asked to assist in our job posting strategy, maintain all job boards, social media strategy, and contingent workforce support.

This work is often delivered on an urgent basis to one's hiring manager, client group, director, manager, and/or peers and is executed by following well-known procedures or working on hiring-related project teams

Duties/Responsibilities:

Highly customer focused

Attention to detail

Support staffing function with recruiting process by responding to urgent needs and business requests such as scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms, and preparing offer letters

Consistently deliver high quality work in a high-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and effort across activities, executing processes that may not have defined procedures, taking initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks, and delivering work according to timelines

Track and report applicant & interview data

Partner with marketing on the recruitment social media strategy

Research and attend career fairs

Process and track contingent workforce requests

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience scheduling or related activity where there is high volume requests

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems based on a thorough due diligence of available information and to initiate action to resolve issues and contribute improvements; progress rapidly in the face of multiple demands

Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed information in documents or electronic files

Adept at making smart decisions while remaining calm, navigating ambiguous situations, adjusting easily to change and helping others to handle complexity

Skilled in sharing written and verbal information in a clear, timely and appropriate manner, facilitating meetings and presentations, influencing those at higher levels with composure and discretion, and listening actively before taking action

Ability to get things done, make rapid progress, and deliver high quality results individually and through team while seeking feedback to iterate and refine

Must be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects with changing priorities

Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Exceptional organizational skills
