Job Description

EXCEL/JAVASCRIPT SPECIALIST

Seeking a developer who has strong Excel and Javascript skills to join a global team responsible for customer deployments.

Th Excel/Javascript Specialist will perform configuration and customization of data collections forms and reports which support the company's auditing programs.

As a member of the IT Deployment team, you will work alongside application developers, SQL analysts, report developers and project managers who are responsible for delivering actionable information to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Onboard customers onto the company's IT platform, which includes:

Configuration of application for on-site data collection

Provisioning of web report access

Definition of rule based report distribution

Development of complex scoring algorithms using JavaScript

Customization of printable reports using JavaScript

Testing of data collections forms, reports, and rule based distribution

Partner with account management teams to determine best practices for converting customer requirements into technical configurations.

Update and enhance existing data collections forms and reports according to evolving customer needs.

Work with both database analysts and internal account teams to determine the content and layout of BI reports that will bring our data to life through impactful presentation to the reader.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical area

1+ years of experience in JavaScript within a professional or academic setting

1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel to include macros and pivot tables within a professional or academic setting

1+ year of experience writing SQL queries against a relational database within a professional or academic setting

Demonstrated proficiency to work independently on projects

Demonstrated proficiency to work within cross-functional teams to define timelines and expectations

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to balance tasks between projects in accordance with prioritizations set by department manager

High level of English proficiency

Highly analytical and process oriented.

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Excellent communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills

A self-starter, displaying an interest and ability to acquire new skills and work with different technologies
