Web Analyst

Our client is a global logistics company seeking a Web Analyst with 3 years' experience developing .NET Applications.

Essential Responsiblities:

Web Application Development (SCM, SDLC, Project Management, ROI, SOP)

Web Database, Integration, Data Exchange Admin & Support (SQL, API, Security, Compliance, Quality)

System Event Management & Operation (System Change & Risk Management, Monitoring & Auditing)

System User Support (Call Answering, Response & Resolution, Escalation, Survey & Improve, ER)

Provide at least one of four ISD strategic value deliverables to include in the scope of a new plan, project or change (e.g., new e-commerce web application project goal to increase 10M sales expansion with ISD growth alignment value deliverable).

Provide a product comparison chart & the 3yr product roadmap for a new fixed asset budget proposal showing all major service quality deliverable components (e.g., new product comparison chart includes minimum of 3 products with their pre-analyzed service quality results in the aspects of customer, usability, reliability, manageability, accessibility, performance and security along with other strategic & governance constraints such as cost, risk & time).

Provide a comprehensive project management plan document covering basic ISD 12 project mgmt touch points (e.g., project team showing roles & responsibilities, project business case showing to-be fixing as-is, project deliverables showing stakeholder requirements, acceptable criteria showing how-to measure success, project constraints showing six constraint controls on scope, schedule, cost, resource, risk & quality, project assumptions showing contingency response plan, project exclusions showing out of scope, project communication showing stakeholder engagement, project procurement showing vendor management, project mgmt plan showing end2end visibility, project change mgmt showing baseline change log, and project closing showing wrap-up ).

Provide SC-centric (supply chain) IT KPI and SLO performance measurements and improvements for the responsible services and team staff (e.g., sys availability, on-time helpdesk response & resolution delivery, quality error ratio, ISD customer satisfaction survey, security compliance, budget, project completion quality, ROI, staff review & benchmark)

Provide proven DR/BCP & system event management including automated fail-over & manual recovery SOP (e.g., maximum 2hr RTO recovery time objective, maximum 6sec RPO recovery point objective, average 99.99% SLA)

Provide proven results on ISO27001, SOC1 & internal audits for the responsible services (zero major NC non- conformity audit result, maximum 1 minor NC, quarterly PDCA/Kaizen improvement track, risk down = quality up)

Provide recording of service failures, sentinel vs non-sentinel, and time lost by following ISD System Incident SOP (maximum 00.01% system incident SLA, recovery solution on-time delivery ratio per SLO service level objective)

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience with ASP.NET (C#/VB.net), Web Forms and MVC utilizing
Visual Studio 2010/2015 using all versions of the .NET Framework & version control using SVN with Git, Redmine or TFS

Minimum 3 years of experience with object-oriented analysis, design and programming (OOA, OOD, OOP), as well as service oriented architecture (SOA), N-tier architecture using MVC or MVVM patterns

Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL Server database development experience, writing queries, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, cursors and user functions (SQL 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2014)

Strong functional knowledge with integrating web applications and third party platforms utilizing SOAP, REST, APIs and JSON/XML

Strong functional knowledge of ORM frameworks, such as Entity Framework (EF), NHibernate or Mybatis.net/ibatis.net and Experience with PHP programming is a plus

Experience with logging libraries and designing and implementing unit testing frameworks

Experience with cryptography frameworks and implementing application security frameworks

Strong understanding of modern client-side scripting and javascript frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap), cross-browser compatibility and UI development standards

Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products & business units

Mobile application development experience using HTML5 based frameworks or Native mobile application development experience (iOS/Android) is a plus

Experience using Telerik .NET DevCraft UI Controls is a plus

Strong analytical, problem solving and logical thinking abilities

Ability to work well independently and within a team-oriented environment

Strong learning orientation for self; keeps abreast of changes in current field and new technology

Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications
Web & SQL Admin & Solution Development training and 2-year college degree
