Seeking administrative assistant to support a busy real estate office.

Must have great attitude and help maintain a fun work environment.

Extremely professional environment.

Candidate should be an excellent multi tasker and be able to prioritize jobs by importance.

We are looking for someone who is kind, friendly and their personality can smile through the phone.

Must be a very polished candidate!!!! Office hours 8:30 am – 3:30pm this is a temp to perm position. This is a PHENOMINAL opportunity with a fortune 500 company!!!

Job duties for this positions will include but are not exclusive to:

Answering phones, transfer calls & greeting customers.

Confirmation of service appointments for the next day.

Ensure Office Environment is clean and professional

Calling Vendors with payment

Handle all mail incoming and outgoing as well Fed-Ex

Order Supplies

Strong appointment setting in Outlook

Strong Excel and MS Word

Set up conferences internally (paper, pens, coffee, snacks)

Strong internet searching (Uber, Dinner Reservations)

Must familiar with Boca Raton, FL
