Story:
Our client is a rapidly scaling start-up that provides an end-to-end e-commerce anti-fraud solution to enterprise-level customers.
Their solution is built upon self-optimizing machine learning models that accurately distinguish between fraudulent and good customers, allowing their clients to grow their ecommerce revenue by eliminating false positive declines, protecting against fraud, and avoid costly chargebacks.
The talent they need:
Our client is on the hunt for a brilliant, customer focused, Integration Engineer who will be accountable for getting new customers set up and integrated seamlessly with their services.
The Integration Engineer will leverage their expertise and awesome customer focused attitude to transform complex and involved processes into effortless turnkey solutions for each of their new clients.
The Integration Engineer will collaborate horizontally with multiple internal teams from different departments to ensure that all relevant concerns are addressed.
The right fit for this role will have:
A proven technical background, with comfortability reading logs, source code, and querying Databases.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Significant experience in a customer facing technical role.
Previous B2B SaaS experience is advantageous
Availability to travel across the US to meet and work with clients as needed.
Accountabilities:
Lead/Drive on-site integration efforts for enterprise-level clients.
Act as our clients' public face from a technical and operational integration standpoint.
Deliver end-to-end support for new clients during their on-boarding process.
Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' system and capabilities.
Accountable for all public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides and support documents.
