Senior C# Developer

We primarily develop ASP.NET MVC web applications using C#, with a Microsoft SQL Server backend. We strive to use the latest tools and technologies (including Visual Studio 2017
and computers with SSDs).

We are seeking a mid-level C# Developer with experience with C# ASP.NET MVC development and enterprise level business intelligence (BI) tools to join our team.

The team is responsible for delivering customized solutions to internal business users.
You will collaborate with senior team members and other management teams to create and maintain dashboards and other BI services.

Responsibilities of Senior C# Developer

Participate in gathering functional and technical requirements

Analyze, define and prioritize business requirements

Create reusable templates and frameworks that can be used to support reporting and dashboards

Develop C# ASP.NET MVC web applications, and write stored procedures for Microsoft SQL server

Develop complex, interactive/dynamic dashboards with DOMO, Tableau and/or MS Power BI

Requirements of Senior C# Developer

BS in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent work/education experience

At least 3 years' experience with C#

Experience building web-based applications using ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server

Experience writing SQL Server stored procedures, SQL optimization and schema design

Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax and HTML/CSS/Bootstrap

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

A self-starter who can work independently under general supervision

Experience with data visualization, data warehouse and BI concepts is a huge plus

Experience working with BI products preferably DOMO or Tableau and/or MS Power BI is a huge plus

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Agile methodology

Experience with Entity Framework

Experience with SQL server reporting tools
