Quality Assurance Review (QAR) Analyst The Quality Assurance Review Analyst will be auditing the Internal Audit team. Quality Assurance Review (QAR) Analyst Responsibilities: Providing assistance of audit workpapers and various audit activities to evaluate conformance with IAD's audit methodology, IIA Standards, best practives and regulatory requirements Tracking and follow-up of QAR findings through resolution. Analysis and reporting to the upper management of the Internal Audit Department's key performance metrics. Assisting with regulatory and audit findings and providing solutions Maintaining knowledge of audit methodology, quality assurance, continuous improvement and regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance Review (QAR) Analyst Experience Needed: Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years plus of internal audit experience or public accounting Bank experience is a must have CIA (or CPA) certification highly desirable.
