Will use industry standard software development practices, techniques, tools, and frameworks.

Will design and develop complex application components using JavaScript, JSON, HTML and CSS.

Collaborate with individuals in various roles to craft cutting-edge web applications.
Escalates problems/tickets as appropriate to assure timely response.

Documents problems and their resolution in the Dell KACE ticketing system.

Performs a variety of tasks requiring solid understanding of web technologies.

Operational Responsibilities

Work on projects identified by the IT Services Manager which will include but are not limited to, updating/creating HTML, JavaScript and CSS files.

Perform administrative tasks that include tracking application and programming changes using Git Repository, opening and closing tickets and documenting solutions.

Assistance is provided for application and software questions, requiring the ability to diagnose nature of problems, and assist customers through problem solving steps.

Review his/her helpdesk ticket queue continuously to assure proper prioritization and, if needed, to request assistance for complex problems or excessive backlog.

Assist other IT Support technicians when others are overloaded or do not yet have expertise on a particular topic.
