Experience with latest Java, secure web-service & JavaScript frameworks is required.
The candidate should have very strong understanding of OO fundamentals & requirement documenting.
The candidate will conduct rigorous end to end business and system analysis and utilizes excellent communication skills to present findings to both internal development teams and product managers.
The candidate should have extensive experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JAVA, J2EE, JSPs and related technologies.
Candidates are also expected to have a strong grasp on agile workflow.

” Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
” Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation.
” 5+ years of experience with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation.
” 3+ years of experience with Java/J2EE/EJB Application server
Business Analysis Qualifications:
” Financial Services industry Experience
” Business analysis, reporting of business data, problem identification, resolution, root cause analysis and end to end system analysis
” Proven competency in writing requirements and designing reports
” Ability to interpret and create functional usage mock-up and process flows
” Presentation/communication/delivery skills- written and verbal
” Effective project management and multi-task handling skills
” Customer relationship and experience management
” Team work contributing beyond core role and responsibilities
Job Description:
” Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Analyst, with heavy emphasis on technology and implementation understanding.
” Experience working with software or web technology teams.
” Experience with software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
” Developing process flows for strategic initiatives and assisting in the development of operating models.
” Researching and documenting current state processes and applying appropriate changes to support business requests/needs
” Conduct GAP analysis; identify key areas of risk or concern and impact to the business.
” Translate business and design requirements into technical requirements for multiple Development teams - back end service developers, framework developers, and UI developers.
” Perform critical analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements.
” Facilitate meetings; prepare documentation, and meeting minutes, as necessary.
” Ability to consult and collaborate well with others. Work with Developers and Subject Matter Experts to understand the work effort for a requirement, communicate any compromises or risks to the Designers and Product Managers, and, if needed, facilitate making adjustments that satisfy all parties.
” Proven competency in researching and analyzing business data and processes

” Technical ability with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Java, J2EE, JSPs, AJAX, XML, MVC Pattern.
” Understanding of efficient design patterns and their implementation.
” Strong hands-on core Java 1.6 and above and associated technologies (spring), or extensive experience in other OO languages and a desire to learn Java.
” Experience working in an agile team (Scrum or Kanban utilizing TDD, BDD, CI, pair programming etc.)
