Senior Business Analyst
$95,000 - $110,000/year
Chanhassen, MN
Position Overview:
This person will work with business partners and IT development teams to document requirements for core systems, which include member management, billing, point of sale, integrations, and web services.
This person will be joining a team that supports multiple business areas and technologies to enable the company's growth and high priority initiatives.
On large projects, this person will work with team and key stakeholders to create and execute a requirements strategy.
This person will perform data analysis using SQL to assist with decision making and problem solving.
Position Requirements:
7+ years of Business Analyst (BA) experience
2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
Hands on experience with Agile software management tools (Jira and Confluence preferred)
Strong SQL data analysis skills
Must be able to document software requirements in the form of Epics and User Stories, including screenshots, diagrams, and other supportive artifacts as needed.
