IT SUPPORT ENGINEER Downtown Dallas 6+ month contact to hire Our national real estate client is in need of an all-around IT Support Engineer. This position will be working with the infrastructure support team, troubleshooting and supporting local and remote users across an enterprise environment. This position is in a business professional environment. This position has some flex time scheduling around core hours for support. There is rotational on-call support as needed. What You'll Do: Basic end user connectivity and software support PC Staging, Imaging and Deploying Application Installation and software break/fix for PCs Mobile phone configuration and support System outage identification and resolution Support ticket monitoring while meeting SLA's Skills/Experience You'll Need: 5+ years of enterprise IT Support experience Experience troubleshooting and supporting the following: Connectivity issues Password resets Microsoft Office products and application Exchange 2010 user configuration, adds, moves, changes VMWare server troubleshooting and support LAN troubleshooting Virus scans Windows Server 2008/2012 Experience with Citrix is highly preferred Experience with real estate applications is preferred but not required
