Receptionist This position will provide support and assistance to our team as part of a department involved in proofing reports for accuracy, assembling reports, mail, updating spreadsheets and correspondence; and will also provide receptionist support. The ability to remain calm, organized and focused under deadlines is essential. Position requires: 3-5 years experience in an office support environment Extreme attention to accuracy and detail Advanced proofreading skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multi-task and work with frequent interruptions Ability to adapt to changing tasks or direction quickly Ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to take direction from others and learn quickly Proficient in Excel and Word and type 60 wpm Experience with multi-line phone systems a plus Third Party Applications Not Accepted
