DevOps Engineer

FT in Soho up to 140k base + bonus, equity and excellent benefits including weekly massages, yoga classes and catered lunch

As a DevOps Engineer you will be using the most recent methodologies and technologies to create a state of the art Continuous Integration Platform.

You will be involved in all SDLC aspects and phases and would automate everything including testing, building, deploying and monitoring.

You will experiment with new and cutting edge technologies designed for Big Data and Ad-tech solutions.

What you will do:

Maintaining and extending our automated integration tests framework which is running thousands of tests and full pipeline integration tests every day, making sure all possible scenarios are covered.

Maintaining and extending automated deployment and configuration management tools

Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, making sure they are all developed so they fit nicely in our Continuous Delivery framework and processes

Contribute to general system health, monitoring and automation

Using diverse technology knowledge and a sense of curiosity to explore new and better ways to solve problems

Administer project management tools to continuously improve the efficiency of our organization

What you have done/Who you are:

3+ years of experience building production infrastructure and supporting SDLC (especially with Java, C# and Python software)

DevOps Tools experience: Git/GitHub, Atlassian Suite, Teamcity, Maven and Nuget

Experience with software development methodologies such as continuous integration, continuous delivery and automated tests.

Solid experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef

Expert in scripting (Bash, Python, C#, Java etc.) and good coding skills

Experience working with GCP or other public cloud

Experience with implementation of package management

Experience working with GIT and GIT administration tools

Strong system skills in Windows and Linux environments

Knowledge of software testing best practices and concepts

Experience with container technology - Docker, Kubernetes

Experience with microservice architecture is a big plus

You have a genuine desire to automate processes and workflows

BSc in Computer Science/Engineering

MSc is an advantage
