Position Summary

The Operations Analyst will be part of a family wealth management team which will involve oversight of the processing of functions that include but are not limited to Clearance, Settlements, Client Inquiries, Custody and various other aspects in support of our clientele.

Prepare account opening

Review account balances

Wire Transfers

AML/KYC Compliance responsibilities

Key member in a growing team environment that focuses on consistency and fungibility.

Coordinate day to day activities.

Perform functions efficiently, accurately and with a client-focused approach.

Identify opportunities to reduce risks.

Contribute to action plans aimed at increasing operational efficiencies.



Qualifications:

Bachelors degree

Strong MS Office including Excel

English/Spanish required
