Are you a passionate Software Development Leader with experience growing and empowering small teams, driving productivity and collaboration, and creating solid processes? Skills, Attitude, Aptitude:
- 4+ years in a mentorship, leadership, management capacity spanning full-stack development
- Experience with startups, or strong interest in a startup environment
- Experience growing teams from 1-2, to up to 10 engineers
- Strong aptitude for creating processes in full-stack technology environments
- Strong database skills a huge plus
- Hands-on experience with full-stack Java, C# or Rails development (with a team under you)
