SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Develop new reports for various departments

Ensure reports are published timely and accurately

Help manage performing ad hoc analytics, gathering and summarizing results,

providing recommendations where possible

Help manage developing and maintaining the BI tool reports

Help lead in the creation of financial reports

Identify and track key company statistics and metrics

Assist with the publication of monthly KPIs

Perform forecast and budget variance analysis

Assist with the forecasting and budgeting process

Be a driver in processing improvement

Recommend creative ways to improve company performance (i.e. reduce cost,improve revenues, etc.)

Expand exposure and role in company's goals

Requirements:

B.A. or B.S. degree with course work in statistics and/or finance, or equivalent work or education-related experience

5 to 7 years' experience in same or related role

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel

Work-related experience demonstrating strong SQL writing skills

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to present a professional image
