3 Month contract with chance of extension
We are seeking detail oriented and highly collaborative individuals to support our Account Services team.
In this assignment, individuals will be working closely with Business Analyst utilizing proprietary software.
** Looking for Task-Oriented individuals. Manager will provide daily tasks to complete with timelines.
Duties include:
loading client data and analyze it for accuracy
proofreading the client's changes and validating final proofs before they are printed
They will also report any page anomalies internally to teams who will then affect any changes.
Troubleshooting any technical issues and/or escalating to tech team
Individuals will ensure tasks are completed with quality and integrity, and within the aggressive timelines assigned to them. They must be able to multi-task, adapt, and be flexible to changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for the following skills/requirements:
Some College required, degree a plus
Foreign language skills a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe (Acrobat)
Proofreading experience
Analytical skills
Excellent Communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
Browser/internet savvy
Flexible hours, including nights/weekends
Team player
Data Analytics
Information Technology
