Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with content/documentation and posting jobs, both internally and externally.
Advertise positions on social media outlets.
Source candidates via LinkedIn and Indeed.
Schedule phone and in-person interviews for Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Phone screen and interview candidates and follow up with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Hiring Managers accordingly.
Perform ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
2+ years previous talent acquisition and recruitment experience required.
Previous social media recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - advanced Pivot Tables), Google Platform.
Fluency with applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, online job advertising vehicles and
job aggregator.
Strong interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, Google Hangout, and over the phone and email.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with flexibility to move between projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team-player with exhibited ability to operate in a highly fluid environment.
Must be highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability.
Highly motivated and well organized.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
