Job Description - Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities include:

Led, analyze, control and execute Budget and Forecasting process

Execute and support Controller and Finance Manager

Analyze the financial statements and led the reporting and commentary process.

Ensure strong compliance with Audit requests involving internal control process, US GAAP and local regulations.

Ensure strong accuracy and compliance on the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.

Led strategic restructuring projects for the segment that may include start-up of operations, SAP implementation and restructures.

Job qualifications:

Strong leadership skills and being able to lead complex projects across multifunctional teams.

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to sort thru complexity and
develop sound recommendations and analysis.

Ability to analyze complex and disperse data (external and internal) and model data;

Strong knowledge and understanding of US GAAP accounting for all mayor financial statements (CPA preferred);

Strong knowledge of SAP in: Records to reports, General ledger, price formation and costing modules;

Strong project management skills. Detail and time-oriented individual who takes ownership of projects;

Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, continuously changing, fast-paced environment;

Ability to work effectively prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and experience:

5 -7 + year of relevant finance and accounting relevant experience preferably in multinational companies;

4-year college degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting and ensuring strong compliance on the financial
books and analysis of financial statements

Experience with Internal/external audits

Experience with internal and external auditing

Experience in financial analysis supporting sales team ideally on distributor markets.

Experience as SAP Records to reports, General ledger, price formation and costing modules

Proficient in Spanish is preferred but is not a key requirement.
