SERVICE DESK ANALYST

Plano, TX

We are hiring for a Service Desk Analyst with a passion for technology and delivering excellence to customers, both internal and external.

The Service Desk Analyst will handle all levels of IT Support for both corporate and field users.

The Service Desk Analyst will have the opportunity to touch any and all technologies within the enterprise environment and will be expected to wear multiple hats when needed.

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to fill the shoes of the previous Service Desk Analyst that was promoted to a different team!

What You’ll Do:

Answer, respond, and resolve phone calls and emails from end users requiring technical assistance in a professional and timely manner.

Configure, deploy, and support various computer, networking, phones, mobile devices, audio-video, and other equipment and software related to the end-user computing environment.

Travel to remote/field sites during regular business hours to troubleshoot and setup computers, printers, networking gear, and other computer-related equipment.

Perform software installation and troubleshooting.

Assist with various projects as needed.

Skills/Experience You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field preferred.

2+ years of experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk role

MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, or other equivalent desktop certifications preferred.

High-level of proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Must be able to lift end user equipment (up to 25 lbs
