SQL DEVELOPER – SENIOR

Looking for a skilled SQL Server Developer to join of our organization.

The successful SQL Developer will be a self-starter, have a passion for learning the business as well as the technical aspects.

As a member of the Systems Team the SQL Developer will be expected to solve complex problems in an open environment.

Critical thinking, trouble-shooting, and the ability to learn new technologies are required skills for this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with others but also work independently to integrate data sets that function well.

Should understand the integration process and learn to troubleshoot issues that may come up.

It is also important that SQL developers understand how to support and maintain our data sets after integration is complete.

Responsibilities:

Create SSIS jobs to extract, transfer and load data

Supporting and trouble-shooting existing ETL processes using SSIS

Ability to analyze large sets of data and determine patterns and rules for organizing it

Learn and understand the energy data and how our customers use it

Requirements:

6+ years experience with SQL Server 2012/2014/2016

Must be able to write SQL queries

Must be able to create and modify database object using SQL/DDL

Experience creating stored procedures, triggers, views and other database objects

Experience using SSIS (a plus but we are willing to train)
