Director of Technology- Applications Development We are looking for a Director of Technology- Applications Development. This role will work with the leadership and peers to be responsible for technology innovation, development and day to day support of business-critical application solutions. This includes web / mobile based applications development following Agile SDLC, managing incidents to resolution, requests for various services and operational readiness of new system functionality being delivered. Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into sustainable and adoptable architecture for a solution. Evaluate business requirements and technology landscape to identify and recommend the most appropriate technology. Perform product owner (PO) of Agile team who serves as the customer / business proxy and is responsible to work with scrum team and product management Lead the development and delivery of best in class technology solutions for Web/Mobile Manage the complete cycle of existing applications. Plan and perform maintenance, change and release management with the Corporate IT team and external application partners. Experience: 5-10 years Development and/or support experience Experience managing a team of developers and QA 3-5 years of experience managing teams 20-30 people Start-up experience ideal
