Job Description

IT Business Analyst

Our client is looking for IT Business Analyst to join the growing team.

Candidate will provide expert-level business and technical/functional analysis while supporting & improving technology systems.

Will work very closely with various representatives across the IT, Finance, Business, Operation departments.

Responsibilities:

Define & convert business systems into ideal ERP solutions

Establish and maintain strong business relationships with both senior and operating
levels across the organization

Provide detailed analysis, design, and document program logic, data files through various resources & evaluations

Work with programmers & staff in developing and programing enhancements and be involved in the QA process.

Develop testing methods and test data. Perform unit and system testing, resolving errors.

Assists in defining scope, requirements, and plans for various IT projects.

Coordinating testing activities and contributing to test plan creation. Support users & processes

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or experience in Information Systems.

4+ yrs experience supporting a commercial ERP system.

Experience supporting business areas such as Finance, Sales and Manufacturing.

3+ experience developing reports using Structured Query Language (SQL).

Strong business acumen, excellent debugging and problem solving skills, ability to support existing systems, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to act as a liaison between IT, business areas, third-party teams

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

Microsoft Dynamics CRM or AX experience preferred.
