Job Description
Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor that has a basic understanding in the following area:
- 24/7 Customer Support and Service Delivery Model
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
-Technical Problem Resolution
- Business Applications Knowledge
- Business Continuity/Resiliency Knowledge/IT Risk Management
-Asset/Inventory Management
- Analytical Thinking (identifying problems and proposing ways to mitigate the risk)Provides remote and on-site support to user base, including clients, customers and partners
” Must have some type of prior experience with Mortgage Loan Application packages such as Loansoft, ZIPPY, CLOSR, HOMES, ION, SBB, TMO and any experience with underwriting and mortgage terminology and processes
” Train and assist Loan Officer/Assistant and Processors on the client base origination system
” Analyze all application errors that may occur with the origination system
” Review rate lock and point objectives for accuracy
” Prepare and negotiate loan initiatives.
” Credit Analysis
” Familiarity with Banking guideline Client/Freddie MAC
” Confirm Loans RESPA Compliant and Audits
