SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER
North Dallas, TX
6+ month contract to hire
We are hiring a tech savvy, creative and outgoing Software Test Engineer with Selenium and mobile testing experience who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done in a start-up environment. If this sounds like you - let’s talk!
What You’ll Do:
Automated and manual testing of both consumer facing web and native mobile applications
Develop test automation frameworks using Selenium
Collaborate with software engineers to ensure delivery
Deliver quality software products on time
Skills/Experience You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or relative experience
5+ years of Automated Testing experience
2+ years of experience with Selenium
Familiarity with dynamic objects and React/Node applications a plus
Knowledge of web services technologies (i.e. Rest, Soap) and API Testing
Experience in a start-up environment a plus
Agile methodology
Experience testing complex, proprietary applications
Strong technical competency and experience with web applications and web services
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, distributed systems, web technology and web technologies
