Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all testing tasks of the testing team

Serve as main point of contact for all testing-related requests and questions for the testing team

Provide continued mentorship and support for team members

Work with the testing team to provide testing task estimates

Ensure the correct functioning of clinical trial software with focus on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data

Verify that requirements are clear, testable, and consistent

Develop validation plans according to a risk-based testing methodology

Set up testing environment and prepare testing data

Author and execute test scripts

Document defects and track resolution

Work with developers and other testers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code

Automate test scripts using industry-stqndard tools

Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

6+ years of experience in web application testing

2+ years of experience in test automation using Selenium or Robot framework

Solid understanding of testing methodologies and principles

Strong analytical and risk-assessing skills

Basic understanding of web application architecture and technologies

Basid understanding of REST web services

Working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS, MS SQL Server preferrred

Working knowledge of IIS and Windows

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and learning capability

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Creative, industrious, and passionate

Desired Skills:

Experience with scripting using Python and PowerShell strongly preferred

Experience with agile development

Prior experience with IRT or a related eClinical fieldQA
