Content Writer
Intro
ICS is a recruiting/staffing firm that still believes successful client engagement comes from relationship building and collaboration, not automation.
As a Content Writer, you will work with your team to support the corporate vision and marketing strategy using inbound marketing methodology, print and digital asset development, and automated lead nurturing.
A successful Content Writer is a master of resources, loves to learn, and understands the importance of connectivity to a cohesive customer experience.
Our goal is to use content marketing best practices to invite, engage, and convert our ideal prospects into loyal client advocates. Are you the right person?
Responsibilities:
Buildout brand and leads through engaging content
Research trending topics that will engage our target personas
Develop content for blog, print, and social
Manage editorial calendar and publishing timelines
Manage 3rd party writing source to supplement original content
Participate in marketing strategy meetings
Support other marketing activities as needed
Required Skills:
Inquisitive and analytic determination to research topics and present them in a meaningful way that will resonate with our audience
Experience writing 900+ word blogs (B2B content preferred)
Ability to manage internal and external link building strategy
Working knowledge of HubSpot and Hootsuite preferred, but not required
Detail Oriented
Strong Time and Project Management
Staffing Agency experience is desired but not required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2 years in a B2B content creation role
