IT Support Specialist - Printer Technician We have an immediate need for a IT Support and Printer Technician who is well versed in handling escalated service desk tickets and printer set up in an enterprise environment. Experience with UniPrint is a must and if you are Ricoh trained and/or certified that would be a huge plus. The IT Support Specialist will need to understand the capabilities of the devices that will be acquired and deployed. This person will also be tasked with supporting escalated tickets around Citrix, Desktop issues, and other System issues in a Microsoft based environment. Must Have: -Experience deploying and integrating printer devices in an enterprise environment -UniPrint -Citrix administration -Active Directory and user account management -Ricoh printers is a plus -Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Third Party Applications Not Accepted
