IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator
Madison, WI
6+ month contract with chance to extend
Provide a single point of accountability for end-to-end service management, owning the relationships with suppliers and internal technology service delivery teams.
Coordinates and organizes the work, tracking, and reporting for mandatory annual upgrade initiatives so that services remain current and supportable.
Responsibilities
• Set ups and documents meetings
• Creates and /or maintains the project schedule.
• Tracks defects and testing activities.
• Tracks project activities at a detailed level.
• Completes project documentation and status reports.
Skills & Education
• Entry level knowledge of project management practices and tools (MS Project 2010 and SharePoint)
• Organization skills.
• Experience as a BA or Project Coordinator preferred
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with a variety of people.
• Knowledgeable in relational database technology and client/server
