Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

Prepare and review quarterly external reporting requirements, including various SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and earnings presentations, including:

Preparation of schedules used for footnote disclosures

Review of disclosure schedules provided by local accounting teams

Preparation of quarterly presentation for earnings call

Review purchase accounting and related disclosures for new acquisitions

Perform accounting research for various issues as needed

Perform certain corporate-level accounting processes, including annual goodwill impairment tests

Review monthly financial statements and results of operations

Opportunities to work on projects with other groups in the company, including Consolidations, Accounting Policy and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.

3+ years of accounting work experience, including public accounting experience

CPA preferred but not required.

Strong accounting skills

Experience with SEC reporting and related requirements

Effective business writing

Strong Excel skills

Ability to think critically with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
