HELPDESK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - OFFICE 365
DALLAS, TX
2-WEEK CONTRACT
POSTION:
We are hiring for a Helpdesk Support Technician, with expertise in troubleshooting Office 365, for one of our client’s in Downtown Dallas! This is a 2-week contract to support their recent migration to Office 365.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trouble shooting software issues with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as installation and deployment of new computer hardware and software through an imaging system.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with networks, computer hardware, printing.
Coordinate escalations due to telecom and network issues to third party contractors.
Managing incident and problem tracking through an I.T. Service Management application.
Ability to deliver great customer service to internal users; both onsite and remote
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in a technical support position with Microsoft Office 365,
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ desired.
Enthusiastic, confident with a "can-do attitude
Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work with minimum supervision
