Senior Business Analyst

Financial Services Client

Midtown, NYC

$120K-$130K base + bonus

The Busienss Analyst role involves project management activites for the Systems Infrastructure Department supporting the Front, Middle, and Back office in a trading environment.

Strong project management technology infrastructure skills are required for this position:

- Windows, Linux, Market Data, IT Risk, Database, Network, Telecom, BCP, SAN, Cloud, Office 365, Data Center

Primary functions:

· Project Manage multiple strategic projects concurrently

· Creation of Executive Level dashboards and metrics for reporting

· Documenting Project scope and obtaining sponsor approvals

· Conducting work sessions with users to document requirements

· Work with Systems Infrastructure team to design & build solutions

· Document QA test plans and execute test cases

· Work with users to document UAT test plans

· Manage UAT testing. Track defects & resolutions. Report on UAT metrics.

· Document Production Implementation plan

· Assist with production implementation & coordinate user validation

· Archiving of all project documentation into company wide respository.

· Participate in production support and BAU enhancements of Systems Infrastructure projects
