IT USER ADMINISTRATOR
Downtown Dallas, TX
Short Term Contract
Our national real estate client is hiring for an IT User Administrator.
The User Admin will be responsible for Level 1/2 support tickets regarding Active Directory password resets, creation of Active Directory user profiles, Yardi password resets, Yardi user account creations and support, domain administration and support, etc.
This position will work core hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm (slight variation/flexibility possible) in a business professional environment.
Skills/Experience You’ll Need:
Active Directory user account support & password resets
Level 1/2 support ticket experience
Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows proficiency and support experience
Google Mail/GSuite for business knowledge a plus
Yardi application knowledge a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to pick up new technologies/skills quickly
