Senior Analyst IT Finance Summary
The Senior Analyst of IT Finance is responsible for supporting the Director of IT Infrastructure and her team of General Managers, Managers and Analysts across the Crewmember Technology, Telecommunication, Infrastructure Services and IT Security business areas.
The Analyst is responsible for implementing and controlling best financial practices within the IT Infrastructure team by maintaining all necessary reporting to ensure a smooth and compliant financial operation, focusing on accuracy and transparency.
The Analyst is responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting/forecasting, auditing, analysis, understanding cost drivers and maintaining key business partner financials.
The Analyst acts as a liaison between IT and other departments such as Accounting, Finance, Property Accounting, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Buying, Legal and Finance in order to establish an alignment between IT and the enterprise’s goals and objectives
Senior Analyst IT Finance Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related area
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Experience performing reconciliations on project budgets
General understanding of accounting rules around capital and operating expenses
Experience preparing executive level reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience using SAP to analyze financial results
Strong knowledge of report development
Knowledge of SharePoint, Outlook and Microsoft Office
