Responsibilities: Preparing the annual budget and presenting it to the CFO and executive team Reviewing and recording journal entries required to reflect the monthly activity Reviewing the monthly accounting close process including analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained Implementing, documenting and maintaining adequate and effective internal controls Implementing, documenting and maintaining adequate and effective processes to improve the close and reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate reporting Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations Performing cash projections to effectively manage cash balances and maximize the return on any excess cash balances Supervising the accumulation of permitted reimbursements from clients through the accounts payable process and bill these reimbursements to the clients monthly Preparation of the year to date cash flow Requirements: Bachelor's and Master's/MBA in Accounting or Finance CPA or CFA preferred 5-10 years of experience; 2 years in a Controller role Prior Big 4 experience preferred hr@ics
