Our Client is looking for a temporary Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Working with our Client, you will:

Maintain electronic and hard copy marketing information systems (proposal files, client files, resume and project description files, press clip files, mailing list, image files, etc.)

Provide word processing and desktop publishing support for marketing effort, including proposals, general marketing correspondence and government forms.

With direction, complete government forms and assemble qualifications packages of
existing marketing materials.

Assist in production of marketing documents (binding, duplication, scanning, etc.)

Assist in production of proposals, presentations, brochures, public relations activities, and mailings.

Assist in background research on target markets and potential clients.

Set priorities, multitask and work independently, yet, collaboratively as a member of the marketing and studio teams.

Maintain confidential information.

An ideal candidate:

Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in Adobe InDesign CS6 and Microsoft Office products.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.

Must be detailed oriented and able to work in a team environment.

Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Communicates and works professionally with all levels including co-workers, management, clients, etc.
