PLANO, TX

POSITION:

ICS is looking for .NET Developers, with experience developing scalable solutions in an Agile environment, to join our client's growing team in Plano, TX.

You will have the opportunity to work on a collaborative team to help build out the company's new platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Produce clean, efficient code based on internal customers specifications

Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.

Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications

Reliability and proficiency in verifying and deploying programs and systems

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals.

Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.

Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Test software development methodology in an Agile environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

4+ years experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

Solid knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, SQL, UI frameworks

Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies

Ability and willingness to learn new languages and technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude coupled with focus and follow-through

Collaborative mindset and willingness to recommend and execute improvements

Commitment to optimization and accountability evident in creating technical documentation for reference and reporting

Excellent communication skills needed to gather and evaluate user feedback
