Responsibilities: Month end close duties, including journal entries, reports and reconciliations Prepare Annual Budget Manage AR and AP process Daily bank clearing activities and monthly reconciliation Review invoicing processing, including review of gross margins for accuracy Maintain Fixed Asset log and update depreciation and post journal entries Special projects and ad hoc financial analysis Process credit memos and receipts, including credit cards and ACH transactions Review monthly spend by account Manage 2 Staff Accountants Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 6+ years' experience in month end close and reconcilliations CPA preferred Solid communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and understanding of GAAP Proficient ERP system skills hr@ics
