Responsibilities Cash/bank reconciliations for entities managed by corporate Review daily cash activity and record related entries Regularly maintain/oversee detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts Provide Accounts Payable items Prepare and enter journal entries and maintain supporting documentation related to various prepaids, accruals, inter-company activity and equity transactions Prepare corporate office financials and related schedules to discuss with cost center owners and FP&A Provide detailed analyses and explanations for one-off transactions Prepare stock based compensation journals and intercompany stock option invoices. Prepare documentation for external auditors Month-end Close related tasks Serve as primary backup to other team members, while offering assistance and mentorship to each member Review accounting entries to ensure proper accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and Corporate Policy Work with multiple accounting systems that support the financial information and account reconciliations Responsible for initial quarterly deferred tax and tax provision calculations for corporate entities Support departments with various ad hoc assignments Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in corporate accounting; Consolidation experience a plus CPA preferred General understanding of U.S. GAAP and management reporting and analysis Experience with large ERP systems, preferrably Oracle
