This position would work directly with clients, the firm’s shareholders, and other team members - providing accounting and tax services for businesses, their shareholders, and individual tax clients.

Job Requirements Skills, Knowledge & Other Requirements

Active CPA

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in federal and state tax compliance work in public accounting

Flexible enough to handle complex client engagements as well as routine tax and accounting work, both of which require hands on problem solving abilities and experience

Must be able to work independently

Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

Desire to develop a personal network of contacts through active involvement in professional and civic organizations

Ability to train and supervise staff members

Proficient in MS Office Programs, QuickBooks, and familiar with tax preparation
accounting software

Experience with Client Ultra Tax is a plus
