Responsibilities Develop an in-depth understanding of the firm’s financial reporting including the financial metrics and the consolidated US GAAP financial statements, as well as key performance metrics and business drivers Review monthly management reporting and quarterly US GAAP financial statement packages from the affiliate offices to ensure compliance with accounting policies and US GAAP. Work with team members to facilitate the consolidation of financial data on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred 4 + years of accounting-related work experience; and work in an accounting role within a multinational company preferred Operational accounting experience with US GAAP. Multi-currency and foreign exchange is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills required Experience using Oracle based accounting systems such as HFM, Oracle, SAP or similar field.
